Ingredients

1 whole smoked ham (approximately 10 lbs)
1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices in juice, drained
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
20-25 whole cloves
1/4 cup maraschino cherries

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern and stud with cloves.
3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, and Dijon mustard to form a glaze.
4. Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush with half of the glaze.
5. Arrange pineapple slices and cherries over the ham, securing them with toothpicks.
6. Bake the ham for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours, basting every 30 minutes with the remaining glaze.
7. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Reheating

Reheat slices in the microwave until warmed through, or cover and bake in a 325°F oven until hot.
