Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let it cool.
5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
6. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
7. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
