Ingredients

1 lb large white mushrooms
8 oz canned crab meat, drained
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, setting the caps aside.
3. In a bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
5. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the crab mixture.
6. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
7. Bake the mushrooms in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Storage

Store leftover crab stuffed mushrooms in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheating

To reheat, place the crab stuffed mushrooms in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until warmed through.
