6 cups chicken broth
2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz egg noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
