Traditional Chicken Wings
Classic and crispy chicken wings perfect for game day or a casual get-together. These wings are deep-fried to golden perfection and served with a choice of savory sauces.

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
2 cups vegetable oil for frying
1/2 cup hot sauce
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F.
2. In a bowl, mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
3. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and coat them in the flour mixture.
4. Fry the wings in batches for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
5. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter with hot sauce, stirring to combine.
6. Toss the fried wings in the hot sauce mixture to coat evenly.
7. Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce.
Storage
Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 375°F for 10 minutes or until heated through.
