Traditional Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

2 lbs chicken breast, diced
4 cups broccoli florets, steamed
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir thoroughly.
4. Fold in the diced chicken and steamed broccoli, mixing until everything is well coated.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over the top, followed by parmesan cheese.
7. Spread breadcrumbs evenly across the top of the casserole.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat individual servings in the microwave on medium power for 2-3 minutes, or until hot. Alternatively, reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
