Instructions

2. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbling.
3. Gradually add the milk while continuously whisking to avoid lumps.
4. Cook until the mixture thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until fully melted.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Storage
Store the cheese sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
