Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, fresh chives, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
3. Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands.
4. Roll the cheese ball in finely chopped pecans, ensuring it is evenly coated.
