Ingredients
1 lb bok choy
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Wash the bok choy thoroughly and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add the bok choy to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the leaves are wilted but the stems remain crisp.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for another minute.
6. Drizzle sesame oil over the bok choy and season with salt and black pepper.
7. Serve immediately as a side dish or over steamed rice.
Storage
Store any leftover bok choy in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
