Traditional Beef Nachos

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
8 oz tortilla chips
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup canned black beans, drained
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup jalapeño slices
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup guacamole

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
3. Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, stir, and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. On a large baking sheet, spread the tortilla chips evenly.
5. Sprinkle cooked beef over the chips, followed by black beans, tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese evenly.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
8. Remove from the oven and garnish with jalapeños, sour cream, and guacamole before serving.

Storage

Store leftover nachos in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
