Traditional Baked Salmon Delight

Ingredients

2 lbs salmon fillet
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried dill
1 lemon, sliced into rounds
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place the salmon fillet on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
4. Brush the olive oil mixture generously over the salmon fillet.
5. Sprinkle the dried dill evenly over the salmon.
6. Arrange the lemon slices over the top of the salmon.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
