Ingredients
4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel.
3. In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
4. Rub the olive oil over both sides of the pork chops, then evenly coat them with the spice mixture.
5. Place the pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the edges are golden brown.
7. Let the pork chops rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in an oven preheated to 300°F (150°C) for 10-15 minutes until heated through, or microwave on medium power in 30-second intervals.
