Ingredients
4 halibut steaks (6-8 oz each)
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, sliced into rings
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil and place the halibut steaks in a single layer.
4. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the halibut steaks.
5. Sprinkle chopped dill and minced garlic over the top.
6. Place a lemon ring on each steak.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
8. Serve hot, garnished with extra dill if desired.
Storage
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes or until warmed through, or use a microwave on medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
