Ingredients
1 cup of white sugar
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 small box of instant vanilla pudding mix
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs. Beat until smooth.
3. Stir in vanilla extract and instant pudding mix.
4. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk until well combined.
6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Storage
Store the bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
Reheating
Reheat slices in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or enjoy at room temperature.
