Ingredients

24 cherry tomatoes
12 oz fresh mozzarella balls (about 24 pieces)
24 fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper to taste
24 wooden skewers

Instructions

1. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry.
2. Slice the fresh mozzarella balls in half if they are large.
3. Start assembling each skewer by threading a cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf and a mozzarella ball.
4. Repeat the process until each skewer has three sets of tomato, basil, and mozzarella.
5. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
6. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the skewers evenly.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Storage

Store leftover skewers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
