Timeless Steak Marinade

Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried onion powder
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Add garlic powder, basil, parsley, white pepper, minced garlic, and onion powder to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
3. If desired, mix in hot pepper sauce for an extra kick.
4. Place steaks in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the meat.
5. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for a more intense flavor.
6. Remove steaks from the marinade and discard the marinade.
7. Grill or cook steaks as desired.

Storage

Store leftover marinade in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Reheating

Reheat steaks by gently warming in a preheated oven at 250°F until heated through.
