Ingredients

1 medium green cabbage, shredded
1 large carrot, grated
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrot.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
5. Before serving, give the coleslaw a quick toss to redistribute the dressing.

Storage

Store the coleslaw in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating
