Timeless Cookie Dough

Classic cookie dough that embraces nostalgic flavors, perfect for both baking and eating raw.

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed light-brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups semisweet and/or milk chocolate chips

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda; set aside.
2. In a large bowl, using a mixer on medium speed, beat the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
3. Add salt, vanilla extract, and eggs to the butter mixture; beat until combined.
4. Gradually add the flour mixture, beating until just combined.
5. Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
6. Enjoy raw or proceed to bake.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Reheating

Not recommended for reheating.
