Timeless Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
12 oz spaghetti
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
4. Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
5. Stir in marinara sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
6. In a large baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom.
7. Add half of the spaghetti, then half of the ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses.
8. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
9. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
11. Let cool slightly before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat individual servings in the microwave or the entire dish in the oven at 350°F until heated through.
