Timeless Avocado and Herb Salad

Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 lime, juiced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
2. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and thinly sliced red onion to the avocados.
3. Sprinkle chopped cilantro and parsley over the mixture.
4. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
