Ingredients
1 cup almond butter
3/4 cup coconut sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup almond flour
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter and coconut sugar until smooth.
3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well until fully incorporated.
4. Stir in baking soda and salt, followed by almond flour to form a dough.
5. Fold in dark chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
