Tangy Ginger Citrus Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 medium green cabbage, shredded
2 large carrots, grated
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and chopped cilantro.
2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, lime juice, orange juice, grated ginger, honey, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes until smooth.

Storage

Reheating
