Tangy Buffalo Chicken Spread

Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shredded chicken and hot sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and unsalted butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.
4. Stir in crumbled blue cheese and shredded cheddar cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
5. Add the chicken mixture to the cheese mixture, blending well.
6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and slightly golden on top.
8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes or until heated through, or microwave on medium power for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
