Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Tortilla chips, for serving
Celery sticks, for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add shredded chicken, tossing to coat it in the butter.
3. Stir in garlic powder and black pepper, then remove from heat.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth.
5. Add the cooked chicken to the cream cheese mixture and blend well.
6. Fold in shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
9. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
10. Serve hot with tortilla chips and celery sticks.
