Sweet and Tangy Oven Roasted Ribs
Delight in these sweet and tangy oven-roasted ribs, a perfect main dish for any BBQ lover. These ribs offer a balance of sweetness and spice, creating a succulent and juicy meal that falls off the bone with ease.

Ingredients
2 racks of pork ribs
1 cup of BBQ sauce
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, bone-side down.
5. Cover the ribs with another sheet of aluminum foil and seal tightly.
6. Roast the ribs in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours.
7. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and honey. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and the sauce is smooth.
8. Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the top foil. Brush the ribs generously with the sauce mixture.
9. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
10. Allow the ribs to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat ribs in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for 15-20 minutes or until warmed through.
