Sweet and Smoky Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

2 cups diced fresh pineapple
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine diced pineapple, red onion, and red bell pepper.
2. Add chopped cilantro and minced jalapeno to the mixture.
3. Sprinkle the lime juice, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper over the ingredients.
4. Gently toss everything together until well combined.
5. Let the salsa sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Storage

Store salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Serve chilled directly from the refrigerator. Do not reheat to preserve freshness and flavor.
