Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough
1 cup tomato sauce
8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
1 1/2 cups pineapple, cubed
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
3. Brush the rolled dough with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly across the sauce-covered dough.
6. Evenly distribute the pineapple, bacon, red onion, and goat cheese crumbles over the mozzarella.
7. Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh basil leaves over the top.
9. Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
