Sweet & Spicy Citrus Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, sriracha, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
4. Arrange wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are golden and cooked through.
6. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Storage

Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

To reheat, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10 minutes or until heated through.
