Ingredients

2 racks of baby back ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

1. Prepare ribs by removing the membrane from the back.
2. In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
3. Rub the spice mixture over the ribs evenly.
4. Place ribs in the slow cooker and pour apple cider vinegar over them.
5. In another bowl, mix BBQ sauce and honey, then pour over the ribs.
6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.
7. Preheat your oven broiler or grill.
8. Remove ribs from slow cooker, place on a baking sheet, and brush with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
9. Broil or grill for 5-10 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
10. Serve warm with your favorite sides.

Storage

Store leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat ribs in a 300°F oven for 15-20 minutes or until warmed through. Alternatively, microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
