Ingredients

1 pint cherry tomatoes
8 oz mozzarella balls
1 bunch fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup balsamic glaze
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
12 wooden skewers

Instructions

1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
2. Rinse the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil leaves under cool water, then pat dry with a towel.
3. Take a wooden skewer and carefully thread a cherry tomato, followed by a mozzarella ball and a fresh basil leaf. Repeat, ending with a cherry tomato.
4. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter and lightly season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
5. Drizzle the balsamic glaze generously over the skewers, ensuring each ingredient is slightly coated.
6. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours before serving.

Store the assembled skewers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours. Best consumed fresh.
