Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

24 large button mushrooms
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth, removing stems and hollowing out the caps.
3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
4. Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, packing it slightly to ensure it stays in place.
5. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
