Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
