Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups fresh spinach leaves (packed)
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
