Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, feta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
4. Stuff each breast with the spinach and feta mixture.
5. Secure the openings with toothpicks.
