Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Fold in the spinach and artichoke hearts until evenly mixed.
5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
7. Let cool slightly before serving with pita chips or sliced baguette.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through. Alternatively, microwave on medium power for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway.
