Ingredients

8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup pimento peppers, diced
Salt to taste

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese.
2. Add the mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
