Ingredients

3 lbs pork ribs
1 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix together the maple syrup, soy sauce, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
