Spicy Mango Salsa
Brighten up your sunny days with this zesty mango salsa. The sweetness of ripe mangoes combined with the heat of jalapeños makes this a perfect side for grilled meats or as a refreshing snack with tortilla chips.

Ingredients
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 lime, juiced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and red bell pepper.
2. Pour in the lime juice and olive oil.
3. Add salt and black pepper, then toss everything gently to combine.
4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
5. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or as a side for grilled meats.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
