Ingredients
2 cups of whole kernel corn
1/2 cup of chopped jalapeños
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of melted butter
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of milk
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of baking powder
1/4 cup of diced green onions
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the corn, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and melted butter.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, salt, pepper, and baking powder until smooth.
4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
6. Sprinkle diced green onions on top for garnish.
