Ingredients
3 cups Rice Chex Cereal
3 cups Corn Chex Cereal
1 cup pretzel sticks
1 cup mixed nuts
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, pretzel sticks, and mixed nuts.
3. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in honey, Sriracha sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
4. Pour the mixture over the cereal blend and stir gently to ensure even coating.
5. Spread the mix onto a large baking sheet in a single layer.
6. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even baking.
7. Remove from oven and let it cool completely before serving or storing.
Storage
Store the mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
Reheating
To reheat, spread on a baking sheet and warm in a preheated oven at 250°F (120°C) for 10 minutes.
