Spicy Garlic Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
12 oz egg noodles
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the beef strips and cook until browned, then remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic; sauté until softened.
4. Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
5. Return beef to the skillet and add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Lower the heat and mix in sour cream; cook until heated through.
7. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
8. Serve beef mixture over the noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, or microwave on medium power.
