Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup buffalo sauce
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp ranch seasoning
12 mini slider buns
2 cups coleslaw mix
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and cover with buffalo sauce and melted butter.
3. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.
4. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
5. Remove the chicken from the oven and shred it using two forks.
6. Mix shredded chicken with the remaining sauce in the dish.
7. In a separate bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to make the coleslaw.
8. Assemble sliders by placing shredded buffalo chicken on the bottom half of each bun, adding a spoonful of coleslaw, and topping with the other half of the bun.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Storage
Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
Reheat sliders in a preheated 350°F oven for 10 minutes or until warm.
