Spicy Avocado Salsa

This zesty and vibrant salsa combines ripe avocados with juicy tomatoes, crunchy onions, spicy jalapeños, and zesty lime juice, creating a fresh and flavorful topping perfect for chips, tacos, or grilled meats.

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1-2 jalapeños, seeded and minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 2 limes
Salt to taste
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, quartered cherry tomatoes, and finely chopped red onion.
2. Add the minced jalapeños, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, and lime juice to the bowl.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt to taste.
4. Gently toss all ingredients together until well combined.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
