Ingredients
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup diced pimentos, drained
2 tbsp pickled jalapeños, diced
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed avocado and cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add the mayonnaise, lime juice, smoked paprika, and garlic powder, mixing until well combined.
3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced pimentos, and pickled jalapeños.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the heat level with extra jalapeños if desired.
5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
