Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
1 cup hot sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 ripe avocados, mashed
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped scallions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, Greek yogurt, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined.
3. Gently fold in the mashed avocados, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped cilantro, chopped scallions, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
