Spiced Walnut Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
4 large sweet potatoes
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup honey
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, then boil in a large pot until tender, about 15 minutes.
3. Drain and mash the sweet potatoes in a large bowl, adding butter, brown sugar, orange juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
4. Spread the sweet potato mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
5. In a separate bowl, combine walnuts, flour, honey, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
6. Sprinkle the walnut mixture evenly over the sweet potatoes.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and crisp.
8. Let cool slightly before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat individual portions in the microwave or cover the entire dish with foil and warm in a 300°F (150°C) oven until heated through.
