Ingredients
2 large sweet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into 1/2-inch wide wedges.
3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated.
4. In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, ground cinnamon, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and black pepper.
5. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the sweet potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
