Ingredients

1/2 cup popcorn kernels
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

1. Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add a couple of popcorn kernels to the pot and cover with the lid.
3. Once the kernels pop, add the remaining popcorn kernels and cover again.
4. Shake the pot occasionally to ensure even popping and prevent burning.
5. In a small saucepan, combine the maple syrup, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger, and cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
6. Once the popcorn is done popping, pour the spiced maple syrup mixture over the popcorn and quickly stir to coat evenly.
7. Sprinkle with sea salt and toss gently to combine.
8. Allow the kettle corn to cool slightly, then serve.

Storage
