Ingredients
4 large sweet potatoes

1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch rounds.
3. In a small saucepan, combine the maple syrup, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt. Cook over medium heat until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth.
4. Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
