Ingredients
1 bottle of red wine (750 ml)
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 orange, sliced
1/4 cup brandy
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 cinnamon stick
4 cloves
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup sparkling water
Ice cubes for serving
Fresh cranberries and orange slices for garnish
Instructions
1. In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, fresh cranberries, and sliced orange.
2. Add the brandy and maple syrup, stirring gently to combine.
3. Drop in the cinnamon stick and cloves, allowing the flavors to infuse.
4. Pour in the cranberry juice and mix well.
5. Chill the sangria in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld.
6. Before serving, add the sparkling water and stir gently.
7. Serve in glasses filled with ice, garnished with fresh cranberries and orange slices.
Storage
Store the sangria in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
